Job Summary:
As we continue to dominate the aftermarket space, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to increase sales in our wholesale and distribution channels for our off-road accessories division dedicated to the following brands: Fuel, Black Rhino, Teraflex, and Falcon. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle after-sales service.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales and order processing.
- Work closely with the team of inside sales workers to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Solve customer issues efficiently and proactively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support is required.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Passion for cars and knowledge of the 4x4 market is a great advantage.
- Interest and knowledge of the UTV market is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
